Psychotherapy and Counselling

Internal Family Systems, Relational, Depth Oriented.

My work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate approach that helps us understand the different parts of ourselves, including the parts that feel stuck, overwhelmed, critical and hard to reach.

Alongside IFS I draw from psychodynamic and relational therapy, Jungian and depth oriented perspectives, within a somatic and nervous system understanding.

I love to include approaches and practices which include the body, imagination, creativity and curiosity - all of which help to move us away from shaming and fixing what’s wrong, to getting alongside ourselves and feeling more at home in our life and the with emotions that accompany us.

Welcome

There can come a point where staying the same feels harder than turning towards something new. Therapy can be a place to slow down and get curious about change whilst gently facing what feels difficult. You don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or hold it all together. My aim is to offer a space where you feel met with care, curiosity and kind attention.

What to expect

Some people come to therapy having already done a lot of inner work. I offer a space to go further.

Or, you may be completely new to therapy and unsure of what to expect. I offer a welcoming space for you to explore and ask yourself what you need and why you’re here.

In-person and remote options

My counselling space is located on the historic Dartington Hall Estate in South Devon, where we can meet in person.

If you’re further afield in the UK or abroad, I offer sessions online via Zoom, or Google Meet.
